I'm seeming to get mixed signals on this, I've also been trying to perform it myself but considering that it can and cannot work it won't answer my question.

 

Can anyone verify this for me? Searching around for an answer is giving both answers, so why I'm making a thread asking about it. I'm sure also others will benefit from this too. I should also add, that for PC.

It seems the method of getting it has been patched, but those who got it, haven't lost it (yet!).

Ah right ok thanks for that guys. It was pretty frustrating that some are saying it's working, when it's actually been patched.

You should be able to buy the damn thing, or unlock it. I really wanted it :(

The next major dlc after heists is cops and crooks so they really dislike anyone having any cop stuff until then but on rockstars schedule it could be 2018 lol.

Method of obtaining: Patched.

 

Ability to keep the outfit: Still have it on PS4 so it should be on all consoles still, except I hear its removed on PC.

Not removed transferring characters loses all saved outfits except for your current outfit. Same with swap appearance glitch anytime you go to character creator you lose saved outfits

If you go into character editor your whole saved outfits reset which means if rockstar decides to let everyone change their character again say goodbye to it.(means it prompts you to you can change it when logging on or dont go there )

The original method was patched but I got it on my online character last night using the Endeavour mod menu, you can only do this on PC.O4nwB7T.jpg

I still have my police outfit on PS4. It's a shame that Rockstar doesn't want us to have fun. Seriously, how does the outfit harm the game?

I was wearing my police outfit yesterday and started chasing down a bad guy. We got into a scuffle and I ripped a hole in the knee of my uniform pants. So I had to patch it. :(

There is no proof, is there?

 

As much as I don't want to be one of those people, Rockstar's gone awfully quiet since hists were released and I miss the semi-monthly little updates.

Actually I put in a character change request two weeks ago to finally fix the old skin glitch on ps4. Long after I got the police outfit. I've redone the character and I still have all my saved outfits.

 

As another interesting thing I was able to fix the facial skin but the body skin is unfixable and remains old.
