At a quick scan through, I don't think these have been mentioned:

"Hostile negotiations":- landing a chopper on the roof and dropping through to the top walk way. It seems it was anticipated players might try this, as Dimitri has posted some guys with RPGs on the roof who don't spawn there if come in on the ground. Also gotta love calling Dimitri in response to his text message.

"Pest Control":- instead of driving to the yellow marker, you can drive around and rig Ray's car with a bomb. Although it's quite easy to ambush him at the petrol station, this way he has zero chance of escape:

Similarly in "Dining Out":- you can also use the car bomb on Kim's PMP, you have to go in and speak to the maitre d' first, after which you can go back outside and the car will spawn.

The guys at "Hostile Negotiation" actually do spawn from the ground, just not with RPGs. They are the damn reason i keep dying to that gas canister close by every time.

OT: In "No Love Lost", if you are a ninja, you can gun down Jason before he drives off.

(not sure) In "Out Of The Closet", if memory serves me well, you can actually shoot at French Tom before talking to him if you know who he is. If somebody could confirm, it would be good.

Yes you can shoot him in the head upon entering the door but you might get wanted star too.

In Jeff's first encounter, you can simply shoot the wife once you reach the restaurant so you won't have to deal with the next two missions. It's a nice little detail.

You can also shoot the "boyfriend".

I just found in Liquidize the Assets that instead of going straight in with the car and ram the thugs Terminator style, you can also climb one of the buildings through the ladders and vents with one of the snipers overlooking and pick them off from there. Climbing up to sneak in reminds me of Metal Gear Solid without the stealth.

Audio is f*cked in video:

In Bull in a China Shop, you don't have to throw a brick at the window or even confront the owner. You can just punch/shoot it open.

You can even just hit the building with your car to break it when you drive up (as I found out by accident once)

In Derelict target all 3 targets are sniped very easily - no need to heli or blast to the top floor. First 2 are sniped from the ground, then you climb the building on the left and go to the ventilator box on the opposite end of the roof and snipe the 3rd.

Some observations from my current playthrough.

Final Destination - Go to the diagonal road NE of the station (Beaumont), there's a billboard halfway up you can climb and it gives you a good view of Lenny's head over the barrier at the platform. It has a dumpster awkwardly placed at the bottom of the ladder you have to push out of the way.

Portrait of a Killer - You can get on top of the tall factory building south of Dimayev's location. You have to park a car under the fire escape at the SW corner and jump up to the folded bottom ladder. You can just crouch down up there and pick them all off without them even coming close to hitting you.

This tip works on the PS3 and probably works on other platforms also, it's something i have noticed on either version of the Undertaker mission (Derrick's funeral or Francis' funeral) it come after you finish the shootout at the front of the church, if you were to jump into the Romero right away and go to the cemetery you will wind up having to deal with other Albanians in their cars chasing you, but (and this is important) if you wait around and collect up all the dropped ammo and weapons shortly after everyone else leaves (wait about 60-90 seconds or so ) another Albanian car arrives at the church to try to shoot you and Packie down, after you kill those four Albanians you get the notification that you can head to the cemetery safely with no more trouble with anyone else. This makes this mission so much easier than having to deal with other cars shooting at you and if it was Derrick's funeral you will see a 2 star wanted level also.

please let me know if this helps...

Another fun way to do Portrait of a Killer is if you have Brucie's ability unlocked you can walk out of ULP's office and call him for a chopper ride to East Island City and he'll take you to the top of the building directly overlooking Dimayev's location from the west (which isn't accessible from the ground). From there you can chuck grenades down/have a close gunfight from above, and have the option of hopping over to the fire escape right above them and coming down that way for extra excitement or just using the marker that appears after Brucie drops you off to get down to the street.

And another time you can use Brucie's chopper is in Museum Piece. After you've got through most of the gunfight in the museum and you're on the ground floor soon to fight your way outside you can give him a call to pick you up. You must do this from the north side of the museum however (the door you leave from is on the south side so go to the opposite side to do it, I just go to the stairs there), or he'll land at a further off location instead of where you want him in Middle Park. Once you've made the call and left the museum those mafia cars will be ready to chase you. But thanks to Brucie instead of having to lose them on the streets you can just run past them over to his chopper a short distance from the museum in the park, hop in, and he'll take off and once you reach a certain height the enemies will be gone and the mission will be passed. Smoothest way to pass the mission for sure.

Snow storm: Going around the back of the old hospital... grabbing the coke than climbing those horizontal beams (make take a few jumps) carefully walking across said beams and than jumping out the window.. only had to kill 3 guys and avoided the noose entirely...

drive straight to the gas station before rays bodyguards get there. Climb that overhead skylight walkway thing, jump across to the roof and wait n ambush em with a rocket launcher. Didn’t even see me coming.

undress to kill.. kill the front door bodyguard.. wait for everyone to freak out and take out the escaping managers fleeing cal vacade with a rocket launcher. Don’t even have to enter the club
