The motion of the car has an effect on them as well. (Not sure about the motion part, but it might be possible to do this with some heavy modding. it would load a rain droplet texture on the parts of the car that can get dirty, and they would have a spec map to make them reflective). -Windshield Wipers work. (I wonder if it is possible to make them work via modding. It would work like EMP did on IV. If more "doors" can be added to vehicles, they could work.)
