Caccio72 Posted May 4, 2015 Share Posted May 4, 2015 (edited) Greetings, Caccio here from Hungary! Just bought GTA5 2 days ago on Steam, and have a small, but sometimes still pretty annoying problem. Namely, when installing the game, I selected english language,.however, the game still started in russian. I found the language setting for GTA5 inside Steam, and changed the language to english. After I did that, the game DID start and run in english, but "forgot" the language setting when i started it next day, and it ran on russian again, and russian language was set inside steam for the game too. (again) So it seems I will have to change the language to english each time I (re)start my computer and/or Steam itself. Is there any possible solution for me to avoid that? Why does the game or Steam keep forgetting my language setup? CORRECTION: Actually this doesn't seem like a Steam related issue, I restarted Steam and it remembers the language setup, so it's my computer, or operating system, (hungarian Windows 8.1), which "forgets" it after each restart, and then it changes the setting inside Steam back to russian again.
