[PC] GTA Crash everytime! PLEASE HELP!

Hey guys, my gtav keep crashing and im pissed! i dont know wut 2 do, here is my Launcher.log:

i tried re-installing the Nvidia driver 350.12 using the Clean Installation option, i tried running the game on both version 335.2 and 350.1 but it still crashing no matter wut i do (it dont crash while im flying)

 

How is the crash: like... it happens between 5-15 minutes and my screen just freezes, when i alt+tab the game i can see that Grand Theft Auto V has stopped working and sometimes i get this:

anyone knows how to fix it? pls, i just wanna play the game, i dont wanna wait more 6-10 months to play it, i have been waiting for 1.5 year to play it, seriously....

My game used to crash about once an hour until I disabled my anti virus while playing it which stopped it crashing altogether.

wut antivirus u using?

I use Avast but all anti virus programs have effects on Windows and games so try disabling yours while you are playing GTA V to see if it helps.
