milspeccqb
Several days after I started playing GTA 5 for PC I noticed this small circular icon. It's got what looks like two arrows like maybe it's syncing or something? It seems to be on top of anything in the game. I have searched google and all the settings I can think of. Does anyone know what this is?
Fallcreek
That's Nvidia's Shadowplay. It allows you to record gameplay, like Fraps or DXTory.
MarshallRawR
Sounds like an overlay to me. Looks like a ShadowPlay icon to me, but as an AMD user, I can't confirm this. EDIT: Here's Fallcreek, coming from the sealing. Edited May 3, 2015 by MarshallRawR

Xerukal
Nope shadowplay doesn't look like that, it seems to be Raptr Looks identical to Shadowplay's shadow record icon. That being said, I have never used Raptr, and I can't seem to find any pictures for comparison. So...

milspeccqb
k, thanks. that appears to be correct. It's annoying that this wasn't more obvious. I've disabled the icon but can't seem to disable the the shadow play itself. Thanks for the help guys.
FredxXxBear
You have to turn shadowplay on and off in gforce experience. Open experience and at upper right by log in, click shadowplay and make sure it's toggled off.
