Solution for Launcher download error code 1

Hi everyone! I had this problem that I posted in Rockstars webpage yesterday:

 

"353,44 MB Update Fails to Install

So starting yesterday, when I start up GTA V it starts updating with a patch that's 353.44 MB. Well I let it take it's course and when it finishes downloading (with tons of reconnections meanwhile) and tries to install, it displays a message saying installation failed please restart or something along those lines. Well when I restart, I have to redownload the whole patch again, So today I tried it again at least 5 times and its the same thing, It just restarts downloading againd and again and again. I'm guessing I need to delete some manifest file or something because the updater is freaking out when it shouldn't be or something. Anyway please help, I would love to play this game again."

 

I have read around internet and I am not the only one with this problem, In fact I saw some threads in this forum regarding this issue.
