[V|REL] Script Hook V on Delphi

Hi all! I decided to try to write extension of the program to Delfi. The skeleton of the program is made, the module is loaded, carries out some functions. It is necessary to deal with a large number of functions, parameters and especially with types.

[+ ] Adding turn signals

• Unpack DLLEntry.asi to GTA5 folder.
• Run game.
• In game press F9 (turn left signal), F10 (turn right signal), F11 (alarm signal).
• In game press F12 to synchronize hours.
• In game press F5, F7 and look at a log file (testing).
