Heist Issues

Hey thanks a lot for reading this,

 

So my issue is that I host a heist yet when someone accepts it doesn't always let them join the lobby.

Also it's taking very long to get people to do heists, is this normal for everyone else?

 

I'm playing on XBOX 360, and my GT is ShaddicGamer. Thanks.

Are you sure or are they "on call" or "standby" or whatever it is they call it--- have you confirmed this with the people you have invited---

Some do go on On Call but tend to end up leaving, does internet connection interfere with this, or something of that sort?
