"not enough players to start" mid-setup?

Well, this is certainly a new one. I was just playing with randoms for the Humane Raid: Key Codes; was lookout, and all was going well… actually all we did was get to the parking lot and go through the cutscene. But after the cutscene ended, my character gets up and runs to the wall next to and just sits there idle. Nothing is happening. No bullets flying, no one yelling threats. The only things are my character idling and guys on the mic and the music is still playing. Then the game cuts upward like switching sessions and gives the "not enough players to start heist setup" message. And the music is still playing as if we were still in-mission. I get thrown back into freemode, and my truck was where I parked it before the cutscene. I get in and turn the radio on then off to try to throw the bug off. Didn't cut off until I got into another setup mission and started it. Anyone see this before?
