As I said this is already well known, this forum just doesn't work properly with IE. Tons of people have reported the same issues as you and the only solve has been and still is to change browser. RedDagger
I'd suggest Microsoft fix their browser first Though seriously you should try Firefox, Chrome or one of the smaller ones and see if the problem is still there; they're better browsers than IE by far anyway. There are millions of users using the forum. All you simply have to do is change your browser to Chrome or Firefox which actually support the scripts used by this forum. IE is known to cause a lot of problems with the forum softwares and bulletin boards. So, if you want to use the BBCodes, change your browser. That's your only way out. RedDagger
irefox has always been a pos A what? pos="Piece Of sh*t" I don't think we can get anywhere if google products are "hacked spyware" tbh. Try Opera or something at least, it's wildly known that IE is terrible. Edited May 3, 2015 by RedDagger Andreaz1
Sentrion
Pretty sure that Chrome doesn't any logs of being back door to hackings. Try Opera or some other browser if you're not too narrow minded. IE is known to have compatibility issues for years and yet to be fixed. Edited May 3, 2015 by Sentrion Sintation

I was going to post a response to that effect, but some things just shouldn't be dignified with a response. Fun fact, until recently IE failed most of the Acid compatibility tests. Despite being the most popular browser in the US, it's less compatible with the underlying Web standards than competitors. Talking of Web Standards, I made a thread a on the IPB Support forums and it seems no one uses IE to browse forums. Most are on Safari, Firefox or Chrome. That tells us how much IE has progressed in all these years. The fact that it doesn't have a big memberbase should be enough to gain attention from Microsoft. I'm skeptical about IE is even the most popular browser in US. Edited May 5, 2015 by Sentrion Sintation
