BiostarBeast
Ok guys I got mine back up to a steady 60fps on my i5 3470 R9 270 8GB rig, 1. Download the older 14.4 driver. http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/previous/detail?os=Windows%208.1%20-%2064&rev=14.4 2. Download and run display driver un-installer, The latest version is at the bottom of the page, http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html 3. If you have the stupid Raptr app (Amd gaming evolved app) un-install it, I used Revo uninstaller to get rid of it. The Raptr app just pulls down your system and does nothing to improve performance. Besides if you know your system well enough, you should know what graphic settings it can handle anyway. 4. Install AMD driver version 14.4. 5. After your system has re-started, Open catalyst control center and select gaming/3D App Settings, And turn surface format optimization off, And change tessellation settings from AMD optimized to use application settings. Then after that it should run better. It did for me anyway. I hope this helps you. CriticalCrox
Speeddemon25
It runs worse for me with the old drivers.
utack
Sounds like something in your system was a mess. No way the old drivers are better in general.
BiostarBeast
Sounds like something in your system was a mess. No way the old drivers are better in general. LOL, No I keep my system tip top when it comes to clean, I have tested about every driver doing fresh installs, And 14.4 works the best out of all of them. It may or may not be that way for you, It just depends on what other hardware/software you might have.
calvooo
I think its most important how you configure settings in CCC. I have R9 to.

Sentrion
Acutally, it seems to be a problem with your system since AMD's newest drivers working pretty much without any FPS Issues. Sintation
