Nah, not satisfied at all. Overly scripted missions, dumbed down gameplay, corny ass Hollywood storyline, increasing attention to Online....

Online. Online will surely drag SP down the drain. The Era of Microtransactions has begun. Don't believe it?

Just Google 'GTA Online revenue' and you'll know.

The microtransactions have generated huge income for R* in 2014.

This obviously means that more attention is gonna be showed to Online.

And R* will do it, because they'll go where the money is. They're a company after all.

R.I.P. GTA SP

Rockstar seems to be trying to target the causal market way too heavily. GTA V was the most boring GTA ever because Rockstar made too many features mulitplayer only and the singleplayer campaign was way too easy and rediculously boring.

Nah nah nah Gta 6

I don't see how Singleplayer is dying since the game was advertised and sold as one, when the PS4/XBONE/PC versions were accounced all they showed was Singleplayer.

I can see why the Heists DLC content wasn't in SP, but the previous and newest DLC's are.

Saying SP is dying is over exaggerating.

While I love the GTA IV and GTA V stories very much, there isn't much to do once you complete them (especially in IV). Then again, this applies to MOST games ever created.

In comparison to III-era games, the HD-era does little to keep you in front of the screen after the main story is complete. Especially in GTA IV where you're basically stuck in Liberty City doing nothing. I really enjoy the wildlife of GTA V, how beautiful and huge the world is, and fooling around with Trevor, but it gets boring pretty fast... and you're stuck doing nothing. Might as well go outside and do nothing.

^ Yup, 3D Era gameplay keeps me invested even to this day. I don't know why many people don't speak about how fast HD games have come really stale and boring to play with just few, selective things to occupy yourselves.

I couldn`t agree with you more.

If you want to look at the game that was created with love and soul then just take a look at SA, IV and RDR for example. Those games really give off this good positive vibe, the feeling that R* wasn`t all just about money but more about how to please their fans.

What about now? A sh*tty storyline, sh*tty characters, even sh*ttier humor, mediocre to bad gameplay (i.e., broken wanted level, screwed up driving, terrible gun sounds and lousy melee combat) and the sh*ttiest characters ever. Without few exceptions like Michael and Lester.

And 90% of the stuff goes to Online while R* doesn`t give a flying f*ck about SP anymore. Why? Because they became greedy and they don`t give a f*ck about quality and pleasing the fans anymore. Just about cold heart cash. And that f*cking Online.

A couple of days ago i downloaded the latest GTA V patch. It was more than 6 GB, it took me more than 2 hours to download it. And i was thinking, man there`s going to be alot of cool stuff added if this is such a huge update.

Boy was i wrong. After 3 days of playing i still haven`t manage to discover any usefull improvements other than some 2 extra cars, a gold painted shamal and few generic golden paints for the guns.

I was like WTF!! Where did those 6 GB go? Because all i can see is those stupid golden gun paints and a couple of new, boring and generic vehicles. Where did it go? To the Online of course. Where else. And this was the case with every single update patch in the last year. Full of new, boring vehicles and some stupid gun paintjobs.

Thanks very much Cockstar!! I don`t give a sh*t about golden guns and gold planes. This game needs like a thousand of major improvements but no...you go and give us the f*cking gold paintjobs. Wouldn`t it be better to patch the vehicle handling and weapon sounds so they wouldn`t sound like f*cking airsoft toys anymore?

I`m telling you this game is unbelievabelly dumbed down to the level where it really looks like R* was catering to the 10-12 yr olds.

Here`s some of the reasons as to why this game is really dumbed down;

-extremelly easy missions

-checkpoints

-Online

-options of skipping the mission parts

-health regeneration

-50 pieces of boring and sh*tty weapons without any option to dump them

-totally retarded combat system. Things like auto homing/glueing to the nearest opponent 20 feet away is almost disturbingly retarded.

-Trevor. Enough said

-Tracey and Jimmy. What`s more interesting to the kids than having a dumb, slutty teenage whore and a lazy, incompetent COD-playing idiot for a GTA character, right?

-Trevor

-fame or shame

-bad new age "humor" and distastefull jokes

-full of stupid modern parodies

-lifeinvader page

-bleeter

-Online

-smart phone

-zentorno

-chrome car paintjobs

-f*cking pink and gold gun paintjobs

-practically non-existing vehicle damage system

-retarded car-shaking when going at max speed. Kids probably love this. It makes them feel like they`re going 240 mph

-Online

-a goddamn sniper rifles that have some sort of super sensitive microphone built in which manage you to hear a damn airplane 3 miles away when you zoom in. Ok, great logic there, R*! Congratulations, this one definitivelly deserves No. 1 for the most stupid GTA feature ever

-hipsters

-too simplified bike driving

-being able to flip your car back on it`s "feet" when rolling over. Seriously? This one comes close to the snipers with super microphones.

-Trevor

-hunting mission where you take a photo of a dead animal and send it to Cletus. Fine. Today`s kids love doing photos with their smart phones and sending them to 1001 places. The only thing that`s missing is the option of puting them on the lifeinvader page.

-chop and stupid ifruit app. Really Rockstar?

-customizable license plates via ifruit app. You got to be joking us R*? How much did Apple pay you to do this crap?

-Online

-Trevor

-retarded and fake air turbulence when flying in aircraft. Not to mention super easy and generic aircraft handlings

-over the top missions with zero logic and realism (the big one, paleto score, minor turbulence etc..)

Oh and did i mention Trevor and Online?

Now say that GTA V isn`t the most dumbed GTA to date if you can. Every thing about it shows that the kids and teenagers were the main factor to satisfy by R*.

-options of skipping the mission parts

This one is kind of a necessity for TLAD fans :*( Pass the mission by letting Terry and Clay shoot up Trevor as what should have happened.

Lethal Vaccine

Just started playing V again and like I always thought.....The only thing keeping this game alive is the Save Editor on PS3. Without that, it's pathetic. All I ever see is the same 4-5 Vehicles on the road. So lets say I want to search for some Sports Car, but how can I find it when all I see is SUV's? Oh yeah, spawn one with Save Editor, then mod it inside Los Santos Customs, and then put it into my Garage where it will remain forever.

Seriously, this GTA is the biggest, steaming, pile of sh*t I played to date and the guy making it worth while is someone who isn't even getting payed and working on a FREE Editor so everyone can use it. Rockstar, the trillion dollar company doesn't do anything but suck the fun out of the game and break the game with every Patch. I knew there was a REASON I stick to Version 1.00. Luckily I can easily go back with deleting the File off my PS3. Good as new.

Guys, why all the hate for Online?

Yesterday I jumped Online by myself. I had no friends or internet friends to play with so I thought I'd do a race. It was great. I only had to wait 5 minutes looking at a screen waiting for it to load. Once the 2 minute race was over we then decided that nobody wanted to race anymore and suddenly, I'm in a lobby waiting to do a mission and we didn't have enough players. So after waiting another 5 exciting minutes, I thought about leaving but I didn't want to bail on the others since we waited. During this time, I rolled a cigarette and grew a few grey hairs. Sadly, I couldn't wait around so I decided to find a new lobby. I exited to go in free-roam.. when I did I was on my way to get some armour and then I'd find a race but my car was destroyed by another player on the way. Which was great but I wanted to play a race and I might have needed the car that go blown up. Anyway, after about 25 minutes of waiting in lobbies and only racing for 2 minutes I decided a heist might be better. After waiting for another 10minutes we had 4. Great! But on the way to our first part of the mission someone quit. So now we all had to go back to free roam.

I love wait-simulators where I'm certainly not in the thick of the action. Also SP was too big. I mean CoD is about 10 hours. That's crazy. I wants a 4 hour story game so I can complete it in one sitting.

GTA should just go Online. That way we cam all wait. They should strip all the games out of Online and just make the loading screens fancier.
