Black cars as far as the eye can reach.

So all of a sudden pretty much all cars are black.. I though 'hm, maybe a bug' and I kept playing.
It's a day later now and I'm booting it up again, still black cars.

Anybody else encountered this 'bug'? Or am I just forced to live in a world with just black cars.
