Tattoo's are really to limited. The whole "this tattoo can be applied in this one and only area" is lame.

 

Why can't we take chest tattoo like the flaming dagger or our crew logo and have them on the back? It wouldn't change anything about the tattoo. It can't be that hard to give the option right?

What is really baffling is that they designed tattoos that are featured on the walls of the tattoo shop yet you can't choose them.

 

There are so many design choices when it comes to player customization in GTA O that I will never understand. Thousands of clothing items made for NPCs that could easily be applied to player characters, but nope. Thousands of good looking, detailed NPC faces that could be applied to player characters, but nope. Nice looking boobs with physics for NPCs but female players get saggy stiff chest humps.

omg it's soooo hard to take a model in maya and slightly adjust the proportions to scale with a single uniform body type that every single player shares. Especially for R* who has countless employees and and endless supply of cash to work on this game. Luckily I have a PhD in Programming/Modelling so it's not hard for me. Wish I would have gotten a degree in Normal Mapping/Collision Detection though
