I'm on the PC version...

 

I can find the car easily on the streets in GTA Online but can't take it home or mod it at LSC. It says something about purchasing a DLC pack. One of my online buddies has one and takes it out on missions. Says he bought it from Southern Autos 3rd row but when I check it's not there at all. The 3rd row in my game has a pickup and 2 race cars.... no Dukes. Checked all the websites and it's simply not there.

 

Do I acquire it through a certain mission?

 

2 other cars I can not locate are the Monster (though I can drive it in an offroad race) and the Marshal Monster Picador which I have not seen in any races. Both of which I have seen driven in online freemode.

 

No, I have not bought GTAV on a console. Is that the issue?

Yes, the "DLC" is the Returning Player bonus.. which would be required to own or purchase the Dukes.

 

The Liberator was a limited time vehicle during the Independence Day update, the Marshall is also for returning players.
