Was this ever accessible in the campaign? I don't recall, but I don't think I've ever seen it before. If not, the fact it is so well modeled tells me it was meant to be used at some point for sure. It was not accessible in campaign, this is most likely to be future DLC considering they added a comedy club minimap icon and a bunch of other new icons in a patch a while back. Same thing happened with Bahama Mamas except it was a lot easier to get into. That got patched and they added music you can hear outside the club. I wonder if this was accidental or a repeated attempt...I'm going to plot that course under the map in single player and see if it's there also. I really want to see who those faces in the frames are. As a fun fact, the leftover Split Sides interior map correctly matches the interior in the video while I couldn't find a match for Bahama Mamas at all (though there was a close one, it wasn't the same). They probably had comedy routines planned for the game, like IV, but yanked them at some point due to how much criticism they got over having them in IV. BUT, they likely left the interior in because they might find a new use for it at some point.
