asking confermation on auguryinsurance

Is it true Auguryinsurance will go up after story end no matter the choice franklin makes? I want/need confermation on this as 40 mill is at stake here. I don't want to loose it all. I don't want to do the final mission over its hard for me that is well if you choose no one dies.
