At this current time, I am able to play GTA V on a laptop which runs the game on medium range settings at a 1600x900 resolution.

The laptop that I am using is a Samsung NPC550P7C.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-NP550P7C-S05UK-17-3-inch-Notebook-Processor/dp/B00B5HGGUK

The specs of the laptop are:

Processor: Intel Core i7 3630QM / 2.4 GHz

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M

Ram - 8GB DDR3

----------

The issue is that I am looking to build a PC that can play GTA V maxed out at 1080p/60fps.

For use with the Rockstar Editor.

This is the first time that I have done something like this, so I am looking for some help on how to it.

If I can't build the PC myself, then I may have to have it built for me.

I would prefer an Intel CPU with a NVIDA GPU.

My budget would be hopefully under £1000.

Well an Intel i5 4690k and GTX 970 should be able to handle the game at 1080p and alsmost everthing at high/ultra... Riight????

I haven't used the editor, but in GTA4 the video wasn't rendered in real-time when exported, so you didn't need to be able to run the game smoothly, but still get high-res footage out of it.

Yep except High resolution shadows & Extended distance scaling, i'm getting 60 - 85 fps ( specs in sign ) playing very high / ultra TXAA x2. My cpu is better than an i5 4690k but i'm not sure if it matters, high end i5 are great cpu for gaming

@OP build your own computer if you know how to, and if you don't know it's not that hard there are tons of video on utube to help you, you'll get better specs than buying a prebuild one for 1000$

OK, thanks for the feedback guys.

Is there a particular PC website I can look at to buy parts, or will I have to visit multiple different ones?

eBay is one that comes to mind right now.

Also Amazon other than that i don't know, i have another website but it's French so won't help you

But take your time, check reviews on youtube and other websites, ratings from customers don't spend your money on something you'll regret later
