Craigsters Posted May 2, 2015 Share Posted May 2, 2015 I found the mask stand at Vespucci Beach and had all three protagonists try to buy the masks, but there where no menu options yet available to purchase any!.. It's by understanding that masks aren't available tell the third heist called Blitz Play? correct me on this if you'd like I only just finished the Three's Company mission "You don't understand!
