Gta 5 setup errors, won't install (humble bundle)

Hey guys, bought gta 5 for the gf from humble bundle and followed all the steps. After downloading the setup and try to run it but it just instantly closes due to other installers running.

 

I tried to restart, same thing. Task manager browsing had it running after that so I closed it, still same problem.

 

Has anyone else had issues with this? I've never had issues with humble bundle before but this is infuriating
