Wildlife Photography & Tonya last mission

I have problems with these two missions. I finished the first four Tonya missions but the 5th one doesn't appear on the map. I tried going to the liquor store anyway, but she isn't there. I also tried calling her but she doesn't answer. Also I never received any Email with pictures of animals. I already completed the main story so is it possible my Email was somehow erased or something? I checked all emails but I just can't find it. Any solutions?
