This is an early build release, so things may get 'interesting'. Stops the need of having to do it all manually, which would be incredibly tedious. IF IT BREAKS YOUR GTA V INSTALLATION, YOU GET TO KEEP BOTH PIECES. To try to prevent that, backups are created in Documents/RGSoftware and are hotswaped back and forth depending if you want to play online or offline with 1.0.355.2 scripthook compatible version. It is still HIGHLY recommended that you make a personal copy of these files. GTA5.exe, GTAVLauncher.exe, update/update.rpf, then you should be safe if anything goes wrong. Reports of problems are very welcome as it is only been tested on one computer before, mine. The folders 'nosteam' and 'withsteam' must stay with the .exe at all times or else it will not work. If you have the Rockstar version, recreate the folder/file structure in 'withsteam' to use them files Download for R* version: Expect crashes, exceptions, bugs, file mishaps and you'll be a-ok. It isn't anything pretty at the moment as I was focused on the functionality. And... I spelt 'launcher' wrong at least 100 times when making it. First i thought how nice it would be to ra=pe everybody who works in SuckStar but then i found this thread and i'm asking you: I'm not going to download that 5gb file, but i wanna download yours, 300mb and 700 mb files, will they help me to play offline? if i haven't downloaded that 5Gb patch and did nothing after installation ???? If you need a 5gb patch, then a 1gb patch isn't going to help you bring your game up-to-date. Just be thankful you don't have to download the entire game, which is around 60gb.
