hi ive read threw the forum about this but the comments are outdated to 2014, and didnt find anything else.

so here is my question:

1. is there a fast way (like a glitch or trick or custom job from the socialclub rockstar site) to max out strength ( no cheat/trainer tho ).

2. and whats the fastest legit way to max out strength?

i only found it that u can do geralds mission PIER PRESSURE and fistfight all the people at the pier but it takes 20 hits (while they are alive i guess) for 1% ....... i dont know which rockstar guy was this messed up in the head.

and that golfing might be fast solo.

but other than that i dont know anything, so what should i do ? do golfing or fistfight some guys, or what?

and if i should golf, then at what settings, hole 1-9 or something specific?

Play 1 hole of golf at a time. Repeat hole 3 or 6 for a chance at a hole in one.

I maxed my strength and lung capacity by doing mission pier pressure, just make sure it is day time if you are going after strength.

No other glitch that I know

Find a friend, load up this map and just beat the crap out of the bikini babes:

http://zh.socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/pc/jobs?missionId=9SVU5ixOkkygRO5WmF-d6Q

I think It's the fastest way to do it without using any bug. Don't worry about the text not showing up, it's made by some Chinese dude. Oh and it's made for PC so I don't know if you can use in on other platforms.

I've seen a few different methods on this, one is to start a Gerald mission (because you wont get a wanted level during them) and then go to a crowded area and simple punch NPCs(pedestrians) another is to play the same hole over and over in a game of golf.

Joint SpecOps Team

Make a custom capture map and add the max amount of actors and make them unarmed. Play through that with some friends fist fighting each other and the NPC's and your strength will be up in no time :)

GOLF GOLF GOLF.

You get the same amount of strength boost for doing 1 hole as you do for 9. So only play games consisting of one hole (3 or 6 are the fastest) and do it solo to get it done faster. It goes up pretty quickly this way. I maxed mine out in 1 night

all quick methods including golf and punching cars were patched unfortunately.

golf, tennis, and arm wrestling are still a bit better for gaining strength than beating up people but not that much as it used to be with golf.

a fairly good thing would be to create a capture without weapons and put in alot of bodybuilders as opponents to beat up.

bodybuilders are the strongest and best npc opponents to fight with and building up strength.

the downside of this is that you need at least 2 players for playing a capture.

The Lone Wanderer

capture creator is the best way as the ai don't run away. you need 2 people though

go into the creator

create a deathmatch on the golf course, forced weapons only, jerry can, 150 kills, no time limit, just place spawns randomly

test, punch the sh*t out of the NPC's that stand still

???

profit

For me I just started Violent Duct which has no cops then went over to the beach and keep punching people.

Have a friend sit in a car and hit the car. Takes around 20-30 min. That's how my friends and I did it. Only stat I don't have maxed is lung capacity.

the really quick golf method is patched as well.

but you still gain strength by playing golf a little faster than beating up people.

but not as fast as it used to be earlier.

It's a little odd that with Arm Wrestling around, there's no option to face NPCs to get your strength up. It's Golf instead, I feel Rockstar missed something out there.

Is there a specific way to setup a golf game to raise strength level?

I have done so in solo mode, and its not doing anything.

Three letters: GOLF!

I recommend hole 6

Not to be a dick but thats 4 letters.

Play 9 holes of Golf. It will increase your strength for 3%. And you also earned 1800 - 2000 XP, depends if you finish even or below par.

There's a much, much, MUCH faster way than all the listed ways.

Do fist fight deathmatches.

Deathmatch with Jerry Can Starting Weapon & Forced Only = pure fist fight DM.

Melee only DMs also increase Str (with melee weapons i mean), but at a slower rate from my experience.

The smaller the map is and the more players there are, the faster you're gonna increase Str. Still takes some time though.

It can be quite a fun gamemode as well, but the lagg and/or hackers usually ruin the experience.

I think i managed to get more than a full bar of Str from a 15 min DM, for reference. (but it seems to vary a lot, depending on how many kills you get afaik)

This is how i have done it, just run around and hit people to the floor, some missions (ie. death metal) are cop free but do have angry (red dot) npc's, i think these have a slight skill bonus (beyond not running away)

Ive read arm-wrestling and tennis are almost equal to golfing
