OK, will try this way ______ And the result is the same - no any unlockables. machine4578 Posted October 21, 2015 Share Posted October 21, 2015 (edited) correct, the cfg.dat does nothing. the pc_settings.bin is the only unlocker file needed. and as i mentioned before idk about online since i loaded SC in offline mode. -edit- so you dont even get the "Thanks for Returning to Los Santos" message?? because i have tested this multiple times now and it still works 100% for me. Edit: Also seems like the original file is gone so can't test to see if it would work again with a fresh file. Or Cheval Marschall. _________ new: Bad news: author of this unlocker analyzed 'legal' player profile and said that there is nothing he can do. Rockstar didn't change anything in profile files but just enabled server-side verification, so there are to ways - use unlocker in offline mode, or transfer your online character legally. Marsi4eg Posted October 30, 2015 Share Posted October 30, 2015 (edited) I've done a dummy character transfer from ps3 (my pc char was 118 lvl) - it was overwritten by transferred one, but after 15 minutes of playing seems like the game downloaded some cloud data and my 118 level was taken back to me with all unlockables. So after transferring I have my level, all money but skills and some awards resetted to defaults, lost all stored cars, lost all property and heists stats and unlockables - need to complete heists again, but in fact I have 'first time' bonus for a second time. wootwoots Posted January 6, 2016 Share Posted January 6, 2016 Does this still work in this patch? that Unlock doesnt work anymore, look like they added some "online check" ( whatever if its for the story or online ) I was previously using that, and even for the story mod it simply removed all that returning content ( and even while going offline to play the story mod, it was still missing stuff.. ) Only solution now, is to know someone with a ps3 or xbox360 that is whiling to play the prologue while connected with a xbox-psn account you created for you.
