Help with Cleos

Okay, I've only recently started modding with cleo scripts so I'm probably going to need more in depth explanations on how to do what I'm trying to do.

There's two different custom scripts I'm trying to make. The first is to allow any plane to go into a hover mode (Also giving the ability to go up, down and land while in hover).

 

The second cleo is for placing food vendors on vehicles. Just like the Hotdog van has a food vendor.

 

What I'm asking is first are these two mods do-able as simple cleo mods? second would be how/what codes am I going to need for these to work.

Yes it's possible, but you have to write a sensefull script, not just insert codes into blank page,

you can't do it as newbie unless you already have knowledge in coding or programming.

As newbie you need to learn by writing and testing small and simple scripts and gain practice is this way

Always room for learning Thanks for the information although this might take me some time to get to grips with. I'll post in your tutorial topic if I need some help
