Is anyone wrapping Scripthook V for .NET?

Just wondering if anyone is creating a wrapper for Blade's C++ scripthook.

 

I am aware someone is creating a .lua wrapper, but is anyone creating .net hook?

 

HazardX that brought it to us for GTA IV is out of the game this time around it appears, as he has moved onto other things.

 

C++ scares me.

 

Any takers? :)
