Aspect Ratio Issue

Steam version here by the way. All drivers up to date etc... I'm running at 3240 x 1920 and am having an aspect ratio issue. I couldn't coimplete the nervous ron mission because when I was aiming at him I wasn't actually aiming at him. I windowed the game and the problem went away. I'm wondering where can I tweak the Aspect ratios of the game? I really want to resolve this issue at this point. There has to be an easy soolution.
