Davo the Assassin
Dark Souls. I absolutely love the game, but I remember the blood, sweat and tears I poured into that game and the skill I developed. I haven't played in so long however that I doubt I could handle the stage of the game I'm at being such a noob again. Alas. Also Far Cry 3. That game just got boring TBH. Same for Max Payne 3. Game was beautiful but I found it too boring by when I got to the Favela. I do mean to go back to it at some point mind. PhillBellic
True Crime: New York City: I can't throw Tommy off that damn crate and it pissed me off so much(I have the Xbox version which is the broken version) All versions are completly broken, it amazes me i loved this game so much as a kid, thank god that gta IV was made and satisfied my New York fetish. I did not encounter any foreseeable problems with the PC Version when I played it.
PhantomFoxy
I have never finished Grand Theft Auto Vice City Stories because of the one mission where you have a 4-star wanted level driving those 2 big trucks, I tried it over 50 times, then eventually gave up. gooeyhole
I never finished Heavenly Sword. Not that it's an amazing game, it's just a game I owned when I first got a PS3, but I lost it months later and regret not playing it much. GTA36362355
Far Cry 3, because it got repetitive and I got FC4. Prototype, because I played the 2nd game before the 1st and the 1st didn't appeal to me graphically. Mad Max, because I got better games but I will continue it later. NFS The Run, because meh. Dark Souls, because I lost my soul. I've played all the Assassin's Creed games but couldn't complete ACIII. I just couldn't play with the low fps Boston, it was probably glitched because the later ones handled well. Dying Light, because zombies don't hold my attention span very long. Outlast, because well there's nothing to do except run around. Fallout New Vegas, because I got stuck with some bad mods and didn't want to restart the campaign the nth time. Hitman Absolution, I don't even remember the storyline anymore. I was playing Max Payne 3 and HMA side by side so it got shadowed by MP3. Skyrim, completed the main quests, side quests got boring somehow. The Witcher 2, because I got The Witcher 3 and additional 4gb ram over the existing 4gb. Right now all my games are waiting for me to get tired of FO4. Edited December 6, 2015 by Mister Kay ten-a-penny
ten-a-penny
Skyrim, completed the main quests, side quests got boring somehow. I feel you man. I always try to avoid the MQ like the plague until I finish the other Questlines first. Guys, do you have any idea how dull the Thieves Guild Questline is? Uffff. Even GTAV is better. Algonquin Assassin
Driv3r. Because the gameplay was terrible. I only mention it here because I booted up the old PS2 the other day to give it another go. It left me feeling suicidally frustrated. What were they thinking? Yeah. Driv3r wasn't as good as the first two games. It was good in a sense that it portrayed modern day Miami which a lot of people want to see in GTA VI with a modernised VC. Driv3r is a good reference for that. Y Λ N K X V
~Tiger~
It was good in a sense that it portrayed modern day Miami The graphics (for that time) were excellent and the driving physics were pretty cool too. But when Tanner gets out of his car the whole thing falls apart. Tanners movement is impossible to control. He was described by one gaming journalist as 'moving like a crab that forgot to wipe it's arse' and unfortunately, that description is absolutely spot on. I think the problem with this game is it tried too hard to be GTA like. The first two games were pure driving/racing games. Sure Driver 2 allowed for outside movement, but you couldn't do anything like in a GTA game. I'm glad Driver: San Francisco got back to its roots. ~Tiger~
Driver: San Francisco got back to its roots. Yes it was cool but it was another game I never finished. The story was whacky but I went with it and once the whole map was revealed I found the driving switch dynamic really great fun. I actually bought the game from a bargain bin some time after release. But then GTA V dropped. ...So I never finished Driver SF. Algonquin Assassin

Asuka Kasen's description in GTAIII's mission "Two-Faced Tanner" is spot on, as well: "Maria and I have gone shopping. Our source in the police has informed us that one of our drivers is a strangely animated undercover cop! He's more or less useless out of his car, so we've tagged it with a tracer. Make him bleed!" Haha! Also funny how Tanner was given a female walking animation in GTAIII. However, I remember enjoying Driv3r back in the days, and I actually finished it, but Driver: Parallel Lines was a much better game. My favourite one is Driver 2, though. What I liked most about Driver games was the setting, Reflections Interactive nailed them quite nicely. I never finished Bully because all the classroom room mini-games got too hard and I refused to cheat via walkthroughs or solutions. Yeah... English classes became very difficult after a while. The hardest one, though, was "Shop Class 5", it required a lot of accuracy. Anyway, I shamelessly copied from my classmates googled for solutions of English classes - haha! Anyway, put your pride aside, and complete that game however you can, it's such a masterpiece. KilnerLUFC
Far Cry 3, because it got repetitive and I got FC4. NFS The Run, because meh. Far Cry 3 was a random purchase for me, and I personally found it a blast to play through. Yeah, somewhat repetitive, but what open world game nowadays doesn't have some element of repetition within it? If it wasn't for FC4, I'd still probably be heavily playing the game to 100% it...which I will at some point anyway. Looking through my achievements list, The Run is at the end of the list for games played, and one I've probably played the least in my collection (of games I've actually started)...Just gave me the feeling that every race was going to be the same basis, just with varying difficulties of rivals. And the races to boost up your time just felt stupid...Again, will go back to it as I hate leaving games unfinished, but it's one of those that least tempts me, shame really as I love the NFS series... Yeah, you're right, they weren't that hard, but if you wanted to achieve a score of 100% in each English class you had to find all the words and that became a harder task after the first couple of classes. However, that's just me as you just need 70% to pass each class. Actually, I have a lot of OCDs in that game; for example, I always go to bed in pajama - haha! Same here, however, Bully is one of my favourite games. Hope in the future Rockstar Games releases the Scholarship Edition for the PS4, as well as a spiritual sequel. That game was filled with content, culture and humor. Edited December 22, 2015 by toxluv sammystarock
~Tiger~
Also Far Cry 3. [spoilers] I found FC3 to be really bizarre. It felt like two separate games crudely nailed together. It really should have ended with the final confrontation with Vaas, but instead continued on a fundamentally different island, with different AI antagonists and with a far weaker character in Hoyt Volker. I did finish it though and the ending is lame compared to Jasons triumphant rescue of Riley and their escape from the South Island. One game I didn't finish, in fact I gave up about three levels in was Tomb Raider Underworld. The Kraken level was ok and so was the boat but all the acrobatic pole jumping got so repetitive I ejected the game and sold it on eBay. I loved the original Core Design Tomb Raider but Crystal Dynamics turned it into a cheap Prince of Persia clone. I somewhat agree with you, but on the other hand I saw it as the transition in Jason, going from the story of a normal guy fighting to save his friends lives, to seeing all this trauma transform him into a hellbent killer who won't stop at anything to bring down the whole tribe. The Northern part of the story was definitely the better though...
Richard Power Colt
I thought some of the plot points in FC3 were plain dumb. Like how Hoyt and Vaas were killed by Jason. I know it kinda goes with all the insanity stuff that's going on in the game, but it also just feels pretty cheap and nonsensical. All the vision quest stuff is pretty cool, but also kinda over the top and I feel like the game maybe takes itself too seriously. I like Blood Dragon better since it's a parody that's deliberately stupid.
