so ive been looking for a bunch of mods slapped into 1 gta sa package for download (aka gta sa with loads of mods 2 download) and was wondering, is there any out there (THAT IS NOT GTA SA EE)

You need to ask about Mods in the Modding Forum.

And be sure to ask in the right topic as they get persnickety about that.
