Ifruit and Chop's happiness...

Hi guys, I'm new here :)

 

I have a question regarding Ifruit and Chops happiness... which is literally driving me insane.

 

I've tried everything, his happiness is FULL on the app but in-game it's still 0% or barely 2%.... what am I doing wrong? I know my account is synced because he has the gold collar in the game, everything works but the bloody happiness and it's really getting on my nerves
