LOD Issues: Any way to fix it?

Seeing cars, buildings and pedestrians pop-up as I go is really irritating to me. It brings back GTA 4 flashbacks :cry:

Any way to fix these issues? Other than turning up my MSAA? That kinda fixes it but it kills my performance. I seem to be the only one having these issues as far as I can see (which isn't very far). I'll upload an example video and some screenshots tomorrow.

 

My system:

i5 4460

8 GB RAM

GTX 770 (with the latest drivers)
