Looking for a Crew for xbox1

As the topic states I am looking for a decent crew to do heists with and to enjoy other in game jobs and game types.

Would prefer a crew with older fellas..I am pretty good at driving/shooting etc. I am good at communicating. I also help with trolls and have two characters with some decent equipment to help out. My gamertag is XxTempyxX and also I am mainly online during the evenings on weekdays and most of the time on the weekends.

 

Not sure what else to put..I am kind of new to the gta community so not sure what else to say.
