Change character gender option not there?

I had a bug on my characters appearance on launch where it constantly changed appearance when I went into a mission. They allowed me to do a character appearance change and I noticed the gender option is gone. I submitted a ticket and they keep unlocking my account to change appearance/gender again and the option isn't there. Does anyone else have this problem and were you able to solve it?

Did you transfer your character from ps3/4 or xbox 360/one ?

 

If that's the case then yeah, you can't only change the appearance and not the gender.

I can confirm that myself since i transfered my ps4 chars and i didn't have the option for gender either, just the apperance.

That's not true, I've had unlock my account so i could retouch my toon and i was able to switch between male and female.

 

So unless they removed it within the last week or so it should be there

Did you do it recently? The option was avaialble on the 17th, but after that it was gone. And no I did not transfer my character.

Try retouching your character the legit way then do this glitch and see if it will let you, did for me about a week ago.
