Language change

Hello,

 

I know that it might be already discussed in other topics, sorry for that, but I couldnt find the information needed. It wont be a question about how to change the language but what to do if it won't change? I mean, I do everything like it shows using "regedit", but when I enter the game I still get hieroglyphs. I even tryied to enter the game through Launcher using administrator option, but still nothing changed. Could someone guide me? :)
