SliverBack
Many people say the mouse aim control just doesn’t feel right. The reason for this, is that there is no aim sensitivity setting for the mouse, included on the options menu under mouse settings. There is a mouse-look setting, but that only controls your free look. There should also be a separate "aim sensitivity" setting, for when you draw your weapon and are aiming it, by clicking on the right mouse button. For instance, my personal setting would see the mouse look sensitivity set high, with the aim sensitivity set lower. The way it is now, requires me to compensate for the lack of an aim sensitivity settiing, by having mouse look sensitivity reduced to the same level as where my aim sensitivity would be.But that means I have to have it set that way, ALL the time. The problem with having mouse sensitivity on lower, ALL the time, is that I need to move my mouse further, when I want to turn the camera while driving, or when I want to have a quick look around, during a firefight. So when Im driving very fast, I need to able to turn the camera fast to be able to see where I`m going. Same thing when I`m in a firefight! But because I am sacrificing mouse look, for aim sensitivity, it means that I have less situational awareness, than somebody using a gamepad. I cant turn the camera to look around as fast. It means I must make two or three swipes of the mouse to turn the camera, which takes longer than it would, were the two separate settings available. This puts me at a significant disadvantage compared to gamepad users. If you look on the gamepad settings, it has ‘third person look around setting’, which on the mouse and keyboard would be “mouse sensitivity”, and below it, there is the other setting labeled “third person aim sensitivity”. The lack of the latter option for the mouse is the problem. Most third person perspective games have those two settings. Even H1Z1 has them. So why is GTA V different?
