GTA V, Social Club Error Code 4, I can't fix it...

I'm new in this awesome community, and this is my first thread. I bought a physical copy of GTA V for PC, the last Saturday, and I installed it. But I have a very big trouble. I have a Social Club error. The error says: "Social Club failed to load due to an incomplete installation (Code 4). Please exit the game and re-install the latest version of the Social Club." The problem is very annoying. I can't do nothing with this stupid error. I'm searching that in the Internet but I can't find anything. Well, I found something, some Windows registry solutions, but it didn't work for me. The thing that causes the error is, when the Social Club Installs Updates or something, the Social Club gets installed in two directories, and in one directory puts an incomplete Social Club folder of only 79MB. I had an idea of download the complete folder of Social Club of 99MB approximately, put in both directories and see what happens. But, when I put that folders in both directories and I start GTA V, the Social Club starts again to Install Updates and overwrites the good folder of 99MB and puts the bad folder of 79MB in one directory. Please help me...this error doesn't let me put the GTA V Serial, this error doesn't let me do nothing. Please help me.... I bought the game last Saturday... I'm sad...

Ah, and I tried to connect with the Rockstar Service, but they still didn't give me a solution
