Why cant i run high settings

Hi,

 

I'm having trouble running gta in high. When I say that I mean it runs flawlessly in normal settings, but as soon as i try to move one of my setting to 'high' the bar turns from yellow to red and wont let me.

 

My specs:

 

Evga Geforce gtx 470 triple SLI (SLI activated) (1 monitor)

8gb ram ddr3

intel core i7 920

I forgot what it's called in the Display Settings, but it's at the top

 

Or you can use a commandline.txt file and add -ignoreDifferentVideoCard into it

select power management to high performance not on video card
