GTA 5 PC Launcher problems

I cannot find any support from rockstar maybe cause they are getting so many tickets but i'm not able to create one.

 

I bought the game and installed everything and after the download it started the launcher i log in into my account and than it crashes saying that it had to be closed due to whatever ( i've the screen in german) deleted the whole game and installed it again and after putting CD 7 in, i had to put nr 1 like on the first time to finish it. but after CD1 i had to put again CD 5 and after this one another again ( which i didnt have to do on the 1. time ) now it still didnt work. and now if i open the launcher i cannot even log in there the message already appears before.. i really dont know what to do and where to get help from, maybe someone can help me here...
