Help please!, House Party freezes. [PC]

Hello I just installed Gta san andreas on my pc but i have a problem.Whenever I start the mission 'House Party' the game freezes and I have to close it using task manager.Any solutions to my problem?

Operating System?

DVD game v1 or v2 playing with the DVD in the Drive?

Down Load game? Properly registered with STEAM?

Any Mods and/or CLEO's: Remove them. Or seek help in the Modding Forums.

Windows 8: try using *compatibility Mode* XP, Vista, Windows 7, or if mouse problems Win98

I forgot to tell you I had downloaded the save from Internet.Is that the cause for this?

Yes. If you have the wrong Version the game will crash.

DVD v1 needs a v1 save.

DVD v2 and Download game v3 use the V2 game saves.

If your game is stolen (torrent/warez/pirated) you will have to figure out what you have.

The Chain Game has Scrips that allow for running the other versions saves.
