Vanishing cars

i am having an issue where cars i've spent a lot of money on are disappearing, I have room in my garage, they aren't at the Impound or insurance contact, once(and only once) i got a car back as it was listed in the mission chosen vehicles list(and nowhere else), all the cars had full insurance and trackers on had been resprayed and stored in my garage at some time, another time a car vanished i found a car i wanted, stole it left my friend in my car went to the mod shop installed a tracker in the car and my car despawned kicking my friend out of it, that was the last time that car was seen, I had spent over 200K on it as it was a 4 person 4x4 my crew could use in missions, i lost several cars like this.

On a similar note regarding in game cash, I had been playing all day and had what i believed to be 300 k in my account, i had just completed a heist and went to deposit the 96k I had on me, I then joined a friends heist in another instance after completing that stage i went to deposit the excess funds to find i only had the 96K In my account.
