Does it have a rollcage by default? Can't it be removed?

No. No roll cage. The unarmored has a roll cage option. The Armored is just naturally stiff

I hate the dukes can't have the graphics on the quarter without having the rollbar, so I sold it. Either get use to the things you dislike or get rid of them all together. Not much we can do since Rockstar doesn't give us much options.
