whenever i try it just keeps saying item is already fitted is it supposed to be non removable?

Always been this way since GTA V come out. You will have to sell the car and buy it again if you are trying to lower it

You can have someone access your SC account and remove it with iFruit and Charles.

This would be the only way to remove BP tyres. Otherwise dont buy them in the first place :^:
