Le Dude
For some reason the game disables MSAA when I restart it, even though it runs just fine when set at 4X. Why? By the way wasn't GTA V supposed to feature TXAA? Whatever happened to that?
interfreak
TXAA is available with MSAA in game on Nvidia GPUs.
TheMostKnowledgable
It supports it. It's there. Only recommended for Kepler gpu imo. Use MFAA (nv control panel) with MSAA for Maxwell/900 series seems good for 9xx users so far (mostly). Need MSAAx2 or x4 to enable TXAA. I think it's a sh*t tbh. Prefer MSAAx4 with MFAA. But I am also playing 30fps by choice so i can use ultra grass and such. Edited April 22, 2015 by TheMostKnowledgable

I recently tried setting the graphics to Very High just to see what the game looks like, and to my surprise it actually runs at 30 - 50 FPS. However it does stutter quite a lot (duh) so I decided to settle for everything set to minimum except: Textures: Very High Reflections: Ultra Population Variety: 99 DirectX: 11 V-Sync: On 1366 x 768 Process Priority: High No commandline With these + SweetFX AA it runs at 50 - 59 FPS all the time. However I still get some micro stuttering when driving due to the Very High Textures option (not surprising considering that option alone requires 2GB of VRAM when I only have 1GB), any way to work around this? Maybe enable high resolution textures only for vehicles and weapons or something? Edited April 22, 2015 by Le Dude
