Are there randomly generated missions in GTAV or GTAO?

hi guys.
question:

are there infinitely randomly generated missions in GTAV (offline) or GTAO (online) that are pretty simple (like "impound this car and fight off the spawning reinforcement" or "kill this group of ppl and get some cash") but are CHALLENGING and are never the same?

im not talking about missions like in GTAO where you need to impound a car but these are scripted and each impound car is always the same (same place, same enemies, same car, same everything). im taking about missions that are simple and random - so they never run out and are always changing\different.

 

 

the only thing that appears to be in that vein is the armored trucks in online, however this are.... really simple and easy to do, it seems (havent done them myself yet) - you toss C4, blow the doors up. take cash. that's it. there is no real fire fight or chase or anything like that.

also there are some vernts like the pickpocket thief who's escaping with the money in SP, but these, as well, lack any challenge. just one dude you run over with a car and take the cash. nothing interesting.

So will the game unlock anything like what im after later?

Forgot destroy a vehicle for Gerald. They're either parked or being driven around by a gang member,

so do these missions appear randomly and i am supposed to get a next for them?

They just pop up randomly during a session on your map, such as getting a random crate drop notification... or an armored truck.

In single player there's random events but not randomly generated events. Most are one time things but there's ATM robberies, vehicles robberies and security trucks which do spawn infinitely. Unless like me your game glitches and they never appear.

i dont know ANY of these robberies.

I think you have to get about 4 missions into the story for them to start appearing. A blue dot will appear on the radar when you're near one. The ATM and car robberies are just you having to catch a thief.

 

Although there's a glitch on the consoles and probably PC now where they can suddenly stop appearing. After a while or sometimes switching from online to SP a few times they may come back.

are the ATM and car robberies the ones where there's a ped shouting "stop him" and there is one dude running away that you can kill and return what he had stolen?

cuz these i DO get. boring stuff since they are too easy.
