redpoint Posted April 22, 2015 Share Posted April 22, 2015 The HD universe has replicated GTA III's city, and GTA SA's city (to an extent), with only one other 3D universe city yet to be re-done in HD: Vice City/Miami. In GTA III there were hints that the next game would be based on Miami, with messages and billboards reading 'See you in Miami'. In GTA IV I believe there was a plane ticket somewhere that showed 'Los Santos' on it, hinting where GTA V would take place. Has anyone found any hints as to where GTA VI will be? So no need for a topic like this, there are plenty of those in GTA Series part of the forums, and they only attract dumb theories that have as much chance to be true as simply saying it will be in Vice City or Las Veenturas or whatever without any ''proof''. So it's hard to know......... The point is there is never any hard evidence. All the way until they announce it people will post different things claiming different cities are ''sure'' to be the next GTA. Of course if 10 people say 10 different things (of which one will always be London), with Rockstar's limited range of cities one person will be right. But we never ''solved'' the mystery beforehand and were at least 90% sure about the location before it was officially announced. Nothing is real until it is officially revealed, and that won't happen for at least another 3 years, and the game won't be out for at least another 5. walkingsickness Posted April 22, 2015 Share Posted April 22, 2015 Personally, I would like to see a great STORYLINE (R*...you do remember storylines, right?) in a somewhere else other than Miami (vice city) or some other cities in America. Being an American, there is only a few great cities to do a story in and they have done LA and NY to death! Miami would be great...but what's outside of that...Atlanta? Philly?Chicago? New Orleans? Seriously GTA New Orleans (no disrespect to the ones from or living there...but...no) I would like to see Japan, or a great storyline in London. Or an ideal that I've said before...after they do Vice city (assuming that's the next one) why not do a collective GTA linking LC, SA (or LS), and VC together? Then move onto a international city. The chances of Rockstar opening a map of the US and pointing to a city that isn't NYC, Miami or LA is nil. I don't hate those cities quite the opposite in fact, but I can't f*cking stand the notion that a talented (and wealthy) team like Rockstar are binding themselves to the same locations for each new game when they've proved before that they can make any city work if they put their mind to it. There will be no VI they will just keep making additions to the online world/map. Red Dead 2 will more than likely be online only as well! Online MP is the be all end all to rockstar games!
