GTA IV Soicial Club Problem

Hi there,

I recently bought GTA IV on Steam. I installed the game and it works well( I can play Multiplayer and all). However for some reason it does not show up on my Social Club account even though I used it to log on and play multiplayer. I send a ticket to R* but I was told it could take a while for them to answer. So I was hoping if there is anyone who can help me with my issue.
