PC Online differences?

How assisted aim works on pc anyway? I tried using it on gta4 and borderlands but none gave me any differences.

 

As for gta4, I could just hide and blind shoot enemy's head in single shot since it was so accurate and got the dot ready when leaning on the wall. Lol. Best thing ever.

Yeah but not everyone has equal skill. Hell I thought since mouse was point and click, I would get slaughtered in pistol only dms but it was the opposite. This game relies too much on strafing, that's why.I was just pointing that out because most controller noobs say that a mediocre mouse user will beat the best controller user easily which is far from the case. You can't judge accurately judge how good or bad someone is at something you until you do it yourself.

TBH I think using a control is trash and aiming with a nub is a joke. But thats just my personaly preference. BTW I have owned every console since gen 3 (8bit gen aka sega master system and nes) to gen 7. Havent brought a current gen console and probably wont as my rig already smokes the consoles.

At least to be fair, most console players or controller players think mouse and keyboard sucks ass because it's a scheme they're unfamiliar with. So that's likely to be a criticism regardless...at least in that regard, even though that doesn't mean they suck ass or anything.

Back when San Andres came out for PC I always used my Logitech flight stick for flying, a gamepad for driving and the k/m for on foot. I had the gamepad set so I could drive with one hand and use the mouse to shoot. This worked very well for me. Man, I loved that game. I always wanted it to be multiplayer online and Rockstar totally delivered.

 

Now I just need to build an awesome PC and migrate from 360.

I for one will say that using a mouse and keyboard tends to be a bit easier. I grew up on playing Doom, Duke Nukem even played Doom 3 just like chloroform and few others.

 

I could just as easily adjust to both once getting things setup to where I'd be comfortable. Anyway this is from a guy who got it for PS4.

Your statement contradicts itself. Equal skill means they are equally as good as each and the only difference is user error.

Laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg. Lots of it.

Also it's much easier to shoot people/cops out of their cars when you do drivebys.

I'm thinking about building a pc as well. I really don't want to go too over board tho, I tend to do that. It just seems like pc is where it's going to be at with gtao now BUT I don't want to build one for just gta

^ Duke Nukem I can't remember the game's name, but it was a Third Person PS1 game. As for Wolfenstein I have no idea.

How many people drive "analogue" with a controller? The ones I race with seem to drive "digital"; as you would with a keyboard. I personally can aim quicker, and more accurately with mouse - well I could in gta4.

I'll definitely give you flying though, far better with a controller.
