Amazious
I'm running an R9 290 and an i5 2400 and unable to get a constant 60 FPS even on High settings (around the city it averages ~50 FPS, drops as low as 45 sometimes). Meanwhile my friend with a fourth gen i5 and an R9 280 is able to get a constant 60 FPS on full Ultra settings. I have the latest beta drivers from AMD...wondering whether I should upgrade my CPU or not.
r0llinlacs
I would upgrade. Sounds like the GPU is bottlenecked.
NaidRaida
Your video card is not the weak point in this combination. That is for sure. r0llinlacs
Mista J
All open world games love to munch on a beefy CPU, you could use an upgrade on that. r0llinlacs
