Just keep doing jobs, shouldn't take more than an hour to get to level 10 doing just that, also robbing a few stores every now and then..

 

If you're not in the mood for that then just simply race against others, you might not win plenty of matches if the host allows custom cars, but you'll still earn RP and Cash either way.

Doing the tutorial would have been a good start. I mean, it boosts you up to lvl 3-4, gives you a free car AND some money. After that you just rob a couple stores and lose the cops, and you would be lvl 5 in no time. Ofcourse levelling to 5 from lvl 1 is a lot harder, there's not much to do than join those races and deathmatches you get invited to. Why lvl 5? That's when you get your first missions, which you can complete in co-op or alone. They're probably the best way to earn RP AND money. At lvl 5 you'll get a call from Simeon and a bit later you get a Job invite from Simeon. The more you level up, the more missions become available. There's tons of other ways, but early on, I found missions boost you up to lvl 10 fast.

Oh dang yeah I totally forgot about the tutorial. but thanks for the info. Might just delete and redo my character since im only just now became a Rank 2..Thanks for helping out.
